Political Science and Anthropology
I am proud to be graduating with a B.A. in political science and anthropology. I am originally from Escondido, California. I hope to pursue a PhD in comparative political science and eventually become a professor. On campus, I have been an orientation leader with the OFYE, president of the Lehigh Debate Society, and parliamentarian of the Delta Chi chapter of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity.

As an Eckardt scholar, I have had the freedom to develop as an interdisciplinary academic. Not only have I been able to double major in political science and anthropology, I have been able to study Arabic, sustainable development, sociology, and even challenge myself in a few dance classes. I am grateful for the flexibility of the program to allow me to have such varied experiences as spending a summer excavating iron-age roundhouses in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland and attending climate change briefings at the United Nations.
